they’re meant to by punny & pretty. two words I identify with before ‘woman.’
the images of ’embody dis’ play with words of a binary gendered world where my body is dubbed woman, which cannot exist without man (literally it means ‘of man’). not every identifies with these words – to those people, I see you ; I see me.
naked female bodies are seldom shown for humor… whereas a penis can be a punch-line ; it’s also a weapon.
